I’m Ana, a qualified lawyer with an LLM in Human Rights and Animal Law and a certified meditation teacher. My passion for law has always been rooted in advocating for justice and making a meaningful impact, but it was through my personal journey with meditation that I discovered the true power of clarity and resilience. After experiencing the intense stress of the legal profession, I turned to meditation for balance, which profoundly shifted my ability to manage pressure and sustain focus. Now, I’m dedicated to helping professionals like you achieve that same mental clarity and emotional strength, blending my background in law with my passion for meditation to guide others in navigating stress and burnout while unlocking their full potential.
I trained in meditation through Mindfulness Now in the UK, incorporating MBSR and MBCT techniques, and trained in different breath-work courses.
My passion for animal rights and my personal experience with meditation led me to explore Reiki and deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection. While I’m not religious, I find Buddhism’s emphasis on compassion and wisdom deeply resonant with my mission to cultivate and share happiness.
I’m committed to my ongoing personal and spiritual growth, regularly attending Buddhist meditation retreats. This journey inspired me to write "Zen Stories: Mindfulness and Animal Law Can Save the Planet", which was endorsed by the Director of Animal Rights for the Spanish Government. I believe meditation has the power to transform lives, and I am honored to guide others on that path through my practice and retreats.

The use of meditation to cure our ills, I believe is the wrong approach. We are focusing on the wrong goal. Many ailments are psychosomatic in nature, therefore once one achieves a balanced mind, any illness may be ameliorated or disappear.
